Dr. Ali Mohammed Qadi is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience in strategic leadership, clinical operations, and organizational transformation. He has led major healthcare institutions, built high-performing teams, and delivered system-wide improvements across Saudi Arabia’s healthcare sector.
Before joining Horizons Plus, he served in senior leadership roles including Group Chairman at Saudi German Hospitals, CEO of Assir International Hospital, Chief Medical Officer at International Extended Care Center, and Chairman of Family Medicine at the International Medical Center. His experience also includes advisory work with Bupa Arabia during the development of My Clinic.
As CEO of Horizons Plus, Dr. Qadi drives the group’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and long-term growth across construction, healthcare design, procurement, and technology subsidiaries. He is recognized for his ability to optimize performance, strengthen governance, and lead transformative initiatives that elevate quality and service standards.
